ASTROLOGY + KUNDALINI MEDITATION
This New Moon is in the sign: SAGITTARIUS
This is an in-person event taking place at Altered State of Mind, 2681 S Kinnickinnic Ave (Bayview, Milwaukee). We’ll begin with a little astrology and numerology chat about the astrological season and the dynamics of this specific Moon. This time will include a Kundalini Yoga, deep relaxation, journaling, meditation, and an opportunity for community reflection/shares. As always, I may weave in other modalities (affirmation work, somatic movement, reiki, yoga nidra) as it aligns to the specific astrological weather of the moment. No previous yoga experience required.
Kundalini Yoga is best understood by experiencing it.

BEFORE WE GATHER
Bring any items that will support you in feeling cozy: pillows, blankets, mats, shawls, mug for tea (we’ll have paper cups too, but if you like a mug - bring one) etc. Come early if you need a minute to set the mood for reflection and celebration. Have all your magic nearby - journals, crystals, tarot cards.

This is a donations-based offering. Pay what you can. Our gathering happens to fall on 12/12. I’ll be sharing a little about the numerology of 12 and how we can use it to wrap up (2023) and move into the next year (2024).
