FULL MOON KUNDALINI MEDITATION
This is an in-person event taking place at Altered State of Mind, 2681 S Kinnickinnic Ave (Bayview, Milwaukee). We will utilize breath techniques, kundalini yoga, deep relaxation + reiki, and kundalini meditations to celebrate the Full Moon in Pisces. No previous yoga experience required.
Kundalini Yoga is best understood by experiencing it.
So if you’re curious, just come and try it out!

BEFORE WE GATHER
Bring any items that will support you in feeling cozy: pillows, blankets, mats, shawls, mug for tea (we’ll have paper cups too, but if you like a mug - bring one) etc. Come early if you need a minute to set the mood for reflection and celebration. Have all your magic nearby - journals, crystals, tarot cards.

Elizabeth Bogart teaches Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, a Reiki Practitioner, and newly published children's book author. She primarily works with artists, educators, and women & families preparing for labor or trying to conceive. She loves offering practices that cut through worry and self-doubt so folks can trust the timing of their life, listen to their intuition, and enjoy their creative genius.
