Join us for a special in-person event at Clover Milwaukee in Bayview. Surrounded by all the green, we’ll dive into why this time of year is so special and why it’s essential to “fill up your cup” this time of year. Call it prana, life force, mana, or qi — plants and humans have the potential to feed each other. A plant’s exhale supports our inhale, and our exhale supports their inhale. We’ll dip into a some gentle breathwork, talk about how the color green supports our bodies on an energetic and cellular level, experience a kundalini meditation series, and then settle in a deep relaxation with reiki. Kundalini Yoga and meditation is a powerful practice that can reboot the nervous system. It’s best known by experiencing it, so come and try! Read more about Kundalini Yoga here.

We want to support the community to feel empowered during this time of year. Mid-Virgo Season and Fall Equinox is an important time of year to get organized, recalibrate, and realign to your purpose. Whether you have a daily meditation practice or you’ve never meditated before, come! All are welcome. Sound is so powerful. It will do all the work. All you need to do is get cozy and ready to receive.

What to Bring:

  • Mat, Blankets, and Cushions

  • Any other items that will make meditation and relaxation cozy

  • All your magic (oracle decks, crystals, journals, paper, pen, etc.) - optional

After class, the store will be open exclusively for workshop participants. Enjoy a 10% discount on your plant purchase. You’re welcome to come early as well to shop. If you also host your own wellness offerings, you are free to share as well. We want our community to have access to anything that helps them feel healthy, happy, and alive!

A special thanks to Clover Milwaukee for hosting us in their beautiful space. Check out more about their store, story, and community events below.

Note: Free parking is available on side streets around the store. Come early to find your spot!

More About Your Hosts:

Clover Milwaukee is Milwaukee based and female founded with a focus on sustainability. After years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry, Clover founders opened their doors in 2020. They feel that plants offer intrinsic values that are incomparable to common material goods - they clean our air, give us something to care for, create a healthy routine and add color & life to our homes! They also believe in supporting as many other women ventures as they can, from the local women artists filling up our walls to our macrame ladies, from merch girls to unique pottery chicas! www.clovermke.com/events

Elizabeth Bogart teaches Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, a Reiki Practitioner, and newly published children's book author. She primarily works with artists, educators, and women on the path to regulating their cycle, and families on the path to preparing to conceive or labor. She loves offering practices that cut through worry and self-doubt so folks can trust the timing of their life, listen to their intuition, and enjoy their creative genius. She is especially curious about why and how various modalities works. Astrology, numerology, neuroscience, and quantum physics are among her favorite topics to dive into and weave into all class.
