Friday KUNDALINI Party Series
I'll be teaching the Opportunity & Green Energy Set for the first two months of 2023!
This is a 7 year (2+0+2+3=7). The number 7 is associated with the planet Venus and the color green. Green is a very alive color and is associated with new growth, the heart chakra, money, vitality, and prosperity. In honor of year 7, we’re going to start off with the Opportunity & Green Energy Set.
This is a sweet gentle set that impacts the energetic weather of the room and your own personal cloud of energy (your aura). We’ll be participating in different prosperity meditations each week but the intention is for this class to uplift your energy on Fridays (Venus Day). I see this as sacred self care and intentional community care. We’ll end our experience sharing any aha moments from our shared experience, any synchronicities of the past week, and any intentions the group can hold for the following week. Cheers to amplified opportunities and the capacity to response to intuition with ease and grace!
For those who've practiced Kundalini before, you know that each kriya works like a recipe and meets us where we're at. No previous experience required.
