FULL MOON (CANCER) GATHERING
Each month in 2020, we've gathered in community in Chicago on a weekend closest to the Full Moon. We're still home, so the temple doors are still open to everyone - partners, parents, pets, the works!
Our time together will include: Kundalini Yoga, Dance, Meditation, and Journaling. We'll anchor our time with a Moon Talk, use dance as a tool to release, and align as one with a meditation. This month's gathering will include an extended journaling session - so pull up your favorite stationary.
BEFORE OUR GATHERING - SET YOUR SPACE
We encourage you to arrange a cozy corner of your home. Make sure you have space to move around and dance, pillows are in arms reach for meditation, and set the mood for reflection and celebration (light candles or incenses, make delicious tea or cacao, have all your magic nearby - journals, crystals, tarot cards).
No previous yoga experience required.
COST: $22
All registered participants will receive a calendar invite with a meeting ID at least two hours prior to the start time. If you are unable to attend, you may still purchase a ticket to receive the recording which will be sent 24 hours after the live session.
