We’ll meet at the Boathouse and pick a spot to perch under the trees, near the water. Bring blankets, pillows, bug spray, and anything else to make the meditation more enjoyable. We’ll be doing a sunset meditation to honor the changing of the seasons & welcome the Fall Equinox!
All are welcome! No previous yoga experience required.
