IN-PERSON SUNSET MEDITATIONS
Thursdays, October 14th & 28th - 6-7:30PM CST
Meet at the Humboldt Park BoatHouse
1301 N Humboldt Dr, Chicago, IL 60622
There is parking by the Humboldt Park Boathouse (on the side with the swan boats). We’ll be perched under the trees to the right of the swam boats. I’ll e-mail/text you a game plan if it rains. Bring blankets, pillows, bug spray, and anything else to make the meditation more enjoyable. We’ll be doing a sunset meditation to honor the changing of the seasons & welcome the Fall Equinox to Winter Solstice.
All are welcome! No previous yoga experience required.
