Join me at the Love Cafe for a workshop where I share one of my favorite practices — Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. I’ve been back in the Milwaukee Area for just over a year and I’ve been “goldilocking” around town to find the right spot for a regular in-person Kundalini Yoga class.

The Love Cafe specializes in cacao elixirs and is just a gorgeous “love-bubble” of a spot. We’re hosting our first event in February (right after their studio’s “birthday week celebrations” which exact birthday date is February 14th — how perfect!) After our February event, I’ll be taking recommendations about the preferred workshop times to see if the community is interested in a monthly or weekly class.
