MORE ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE

This is an energetic reset to shake off the stress of the week and set ourselves up so we can show up for ourselves and the people in your life with more grace, compassionate, and love. Each class is designed to feel like an energetic massage and to give you time for your nervous system to chill, regulate, and reset so you can go back into the world feeling like your cup is full and you have an increased capacity for the curveballs of life. Kundalini meditations typically include breathwork, mantra (a mental or out loud chant), mudra (hand posture), and eye gaze. The chanting is the best bit of this practice. No one else in the world has the same vibrational frequency as your voice. Your body responses to your particular voice in a very unique way. This practice is best understood by experiencing it, so come and try it!

Each month there will be a different theme, but class is always adapted based on the needs of the mamas who show up to the circle.
