WOMEN’S CIRCLE: Honoring OUR GRANDMOTHERS
RaMaDaSa Healing Meditation

Time: 1-3pm
The RaMaDaSa Healing Meditation comes from the Kundalini Yoga Tradition. The effects of this mantra feel like distance reiki and can be sent in the past, present, and future. This workshop is designed to honor the connection we have as women to our maternal lineage – and the power we have to send healing forwards and backwards in time & space with our thoughts, our words, and the frequency of our own voice. This is an experience for women to honor the female members of their family (grandmothers, mothers, aunts, sisters, daughters, and/or granddaughters). We will gather to share space, stories, and sing to our ancestors, ourselves, and the potential future generations. Come solo or bring along your sisters, mothers, grandmothers, or daughters. You are most welcome to bring items to represent the women of your lineage, or something that captures their essence.
Feel free to bring anything that will make the meditation experience more comfortable (cushions, blankets, etc.) No previous meditation experience required. Come curious and open.

Elizabeth Bogart (@eb_heartwork) teaches Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Prenatal Yoga teacher, and is a Reiki Practitioner (Level 4). She has been teaching for over 10 years, and practicing yoga & meditation in some form for most of her adult life. Forever curious about quantum physics, neuroscience, astrology, and numerology --- she tends to weave her current interests and understanding about the way energy works within her classes. For the entire month of April, Elizabeth is hosting workshops to spotlight key concepts from her new book. The date of this workshop is particularly special to Elizabeth as April 7th would have been her grandmother's 104th birthday. She's so grateful for the opportunity to honor her grandmother right alongside you honoring yours.
