This is a short guided Khalsa Way Meditation specifically for soon-to-be mamas to connect with themselves and their babies.

You are your baby’s whole world. What you feel, baby feels. What you consume (the food you eat, the news you watch, the books you read, the music you listen to, the company you keep) all carries a vibration the baby can sense.

This audio recording is designed to give you sacred time with your baby and remind you that you’re a walking miracle (two souls in one body).

When to Listen: Anytime. And, in moments of joy about your beautifully changing body, in moments of frustration about your beautifully changing body, while “tush testing” a new piece of furniture for the nursery, when your monkey mind gets a little too loud, as a way to start or end your day.

Where to Listen: Anywhere. And, on a sunny porch, in an unmade bed, on a soft rug next to a pet, in the bath tub after a long day

This particular Kundalini Meditation shows you the power and potency of your words, as a woman and mother. We begin each recording by tuning in the Khalsa Way and dipping into the science behind mantra before engaging in an 11-minute meditation. Your words matter. We’ll talk about how you’re impacted on a cellar level by the words you speak and thoughts you think. This meditation helps foster a positive internal dialogue you can use throughout pregnancy, during labor, and as you transition to motherhood.

Note: Any mama (or person) can practice along with this meditation, but I particularly speak to the soon-to-be mama within the recording.
