This particular Kundalini Meditation anchors you in the present moment with breath, drishti (eye focus), and mudra (hand position). We begin each recording by tuning in the Khalsa Way and dipping into the science behind each component before engaging in an 11-minute meditation. You’ll learn why 11-minutes is significant. This meditation will get you out of your head and back into your heart.
