This is a 3-month kundalini yoga series hosted by Elizabeth Bogart in the beautifully tended to space, Mother Lion (Bayview). Each session will include a 90-min Kundalini Yoga class, a simple community meal, and time to integrate and enjoy being in the space (via sauna, hot tub, staying cosy inside with solo with a journal, or circling up and chatting in community).

Participants are welcome to join for the full series ($199) which will take place across three-months on Wednesdays, 6-9:30pm - August 28, Sept 25, and October 23.
