This is a meditation workshop with a mood-boosting meal for individuals who are mothering those in their home and/or work life and need a moment to refill their cups.

Fall is a time to bring yourself into balance - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Movement, breath, meditation, food and community can all be used as medicine to re-align and restore your vitality. Singing with others and breaking bread together are among two of the most powerful ways to restore your energy. We can't wait to share this time with you!
