Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to help balance and increase energy levels, and promote relaxation and well-being. A Reiki attunement opens all chakras (especially chakras in the crown, the heart, and the palms) creating a link between a student and the infinite source of energy.

Reiki Level 1 allows you to give reiki to yourself and others hands on and in-person. This course includes: the history of Reiki, a Chakra Balancing Meditation, Level 1 Reiki Attunement, Traditional Japanese Reiki Techniques, Self Practice Time, and Partner Practice Time.
