NEW MOON MEDITATION
A special New Moon with a GALENTINE’S DAY twist is in the sign: AQUARIUS.
This will and extra special day on the Chinese New Year and eve of Galentine’s Day (13th of February), a day of ladies celebrating ladies. No matter what your specific sign, we’ll all be swimming in the creative, intelligent humanitarian and innovator energy of Aquarius. New Moons are typically a time to plant seeds. We plant seeds for the month, but we also plant seeds for the next six months when the Full Moon falls in the same sign of Aquarius. What’s special about this moon is that there will be TWO Full Moon in Aquarius this summer - an opportunity to amplify whatever you’re creating.
Our time together will include: Kundalini Yoga, Dance, Meditation, and Journaling. We'll anchor our time with a Moon Talk, use dance as a tool to release, and participate in a meditation aligned with the energy of this particular lunation.
BEFORE OUR GATHERING - SET YOUR SPACE
We encourage you to arrange a cozy corner of your home. Make sure you have space to move around and dance, pillows are in arms reach for meditation, and set the mood for reflection and celebration (light candles or incenses, make delicious tea or cacao, have all your magic nearby - journals, crystals, tarot cards - if that’s your jam). And for this event, perhaps make yourself breakfast for dinner and pull up a plate of waffles for the festivities.
No previous yoga experience required.

All registered participants will receive a calendar invite with a meeting ID at least two hours prior to the start time. If you are unable to attend, you may still purchase a ticket to receive the recording which will be sent 24 hours after the live session.
